LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR CHILL ENTREPRENEUR
By accessing or using our Chill Entrepreneur products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the License terms and conditions outlined below.
Definitions

Chill Entrepreneur: Refers to our company, Chill Entrepreneur the provider of digital products that you can edit, customize and resell.

Private Label Rights Products: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and sell as your own - WITHOUT the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.
- Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products that you can customize and sell as your own - WITH the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.

You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from Digital PLR Hub.
License
Upon obtaining Chill Entrepreneur Products, you are granted a license to resell them. You have the authority to modify, rebrand, and sell these products within the confines of this agreement.

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR RESELLING THE DIGITAL PRODUCT BLUEPRINT
Reselling the Digital Product Blueprint at a price below ₱2000 in its original form is not permitted. This policy aims to ensure fairness among all bundle resellers. If you cannot abide by this minimum price requirement, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing this bundle.
Earnings Disclaimer
Chill Entrepreneur does not take responsibility for any financial results, whether positive or negative, that arise from reselling our products. We do not promise specific earnings, success, or outcomes from using our products.
Content & Design Quality
While we strive for excellence, we cannot assure perfection in our products. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and quality of the products before selling them.
Liabilities
Chill Entrepreneur holds no liability for issues arising from the use, sale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.
Termination
Chill Entrepreneur reserves the right to terminate your license to sell our products if non-compliance with these terms is identified. In the event of termination, immediate cessation of product distribution is required.
Modification of Terms
Chill Entrepreneur may alter these terms without prior notice. Regular monitoring for updates is advised.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Philippines, and any disputes shall be exclusively adjudicated by the courts there.
